What the app handles

Member names and email addresses; Fan/Player/Admin roles; club availability responses and change history; team selections and confirmations; player headshots; club news and sponsor content; device tokens for optional push notifications; fees, payment statuses and payment references.

How information is used

To administer Mountsorrel FC, manage fixtures and training, communicate club updates, arrange teams and track club fees. Published team sheets may be visible to fans; private position notes, financial information and availability history are restricted to authorised roles.

Service providers

The project is designed to use Supabase for identity and data storage, Expo push services for notifications, Stripe for hosted payments and a web-hosting provider. Final providers and data-processing arrangements must be verified before launch.

Retention and rights

Members can request account deletion. Some accounting records may need to be retained for legal reasons. The club must document retention schedules and rights requests before publishing.
